1 OUR WEBSITE
Our website is a place for you to, among other things, obtain free and paid access to teaching resources from us. It is operated by Raymond Rodgers of 6 Livingstone Road, Bath BA2 3PQ on behalf of Save Teachers’ Sundays Limited and you can direct any complaints about our website to this address.
We accept no liability for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, or for any loss of data, profit, revenue or business (whether direct or indirect), however caused, even if foreseeable, that you may suffer in relation to the use of our website. In circumstances where you suffer loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the viewing, use or performance of our website or its contents, we accept no liability for this loss or damage (except where we have been negligent) whether due to inaccuracy, error, omission or any other cause and whether on the part of us or our servants, agents or any other person.
2 ACCESS
The information on this website is made available to you on condition that it is accessed via our central server. Deep linking, or accessing this website other than through the central server and acknowledging us as the source of any content on this site, shall be deemed to be a breach of these terms and of our copyright in this website. Please read our copyright notice at clause 15 below.
At our discretion, including when you make a purchase from us, you may be given a unique user ID and account which is personal to you and which enables us to identify matters relevant to your use of our website. By accepting a user ID and account you agree not to permit others to use it to access the website or to make it available to other people. We reserve the right to refuse access to the website if we consider that a user ID or account is being used inappropriately or other than in accordance with these terms.

Failure to do so shall constitute a breach of these terms which may result in immediate termination of your user ID and account. You may not (i) select or use a User Name of another person with the intent to impersonate that person; (ii) use a name subject to the rights of any other person without authorisation; or (iii) use a User Name that we consider inappropriate or offensive.
3 FREE AND PAID ACCESS
3.1 Free Content
You may access certain content on our Website free of charge, upon the provisions set out in these Terms of Use.
3.2 Paid Content
To purchases paid content you will need to follow the ordering procedures set out on the relevant order page. The two types of paid content purchases you can make are:
(i) A Permanent Subscription; or
(ii) A Pay-Per Resource Subscription.
Details of the above Subscriptions, including prices (including all taxes), descriptions of their main characteristics, arrangements as to how we will provide the Subscriptions, contract durations and the procedures for payment are displayed on or through our website. The price of any Subscription is the price in force at the date and time of your order. The price of any Subscription may change before you place an order. We try to ensure that the prices displayed on our website are accurate but the price on your order will need to be validated by us as part of the acceptance procedure (see below). We will inform you if a Subscription’s correct price is higher than that stated in your order and you may cancel the order and decide whether or not to order the Subscription at the correct price.
You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing Subscription which may be offered by us on our website will be correct, that the credit or debit card, or any electronic cash, which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of any Products. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit or debit card details before providing you with any goods or services.
Once your payment is processed you will be given access to the relevant paid content you have purchased in the form of a downloadable electronic file.
3.3 Payment
You must pay for Subscriptions at the time of your order, at which time you will be notified of the current price. Payments are processed by PayPal subject to Paypal’s user agreement(s).
We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you. If your order is accepted, we will confirm acceptance to you by online electronic means (“Confirmation”) to the e-mail address you have given us on ordering. The order will then be fulfilled by the date set out in the Confirmation or, if the Confirmation does not contain such a date, within 30 days.
If products delivered are not what you ordered we will refund to you the price paid for the products. Your Subscription fees are otherwise not refundable.
3.4 Account Balances and Refunds
If you have funded an account with us for the purpose of purchasing Pay-Per Resource content, your account balance will not expire if you do not make a purchase within any given period. However please note that any unused account balance is non-refundable, but rather must be used as credit for making purchases from the website.
4 CONTENT
The information published on this website is provided for the convenience of its visitors and you are advised that, although care has been taken to ensure technical and factual accuracy, some errors may occur. No guarantee is given of the accuracy or completeness of information on these pages.
Please be aware that we may alter the information on our website from time to time, including these terms and conditions, copyright notice and privacy notice. It is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions and to remain in compliance with them from time to time.
5 MODIFICATIONS TO WEBSITE
We reserve the right to alter, suspend or discontinue any aspect of our website or the content or services available through it, including your access to it.
